Before you write

• Some photos are missing. Photos stored only in iCloud are skipped until a local copy is on your iPhone. Screenshots are left out unless you turn them on in Settings.
• Restoring Pro. Open Settings in the app and tap Restore purchases, signed in with the same Apple Account you bought with.
• Cancelling a subscription. Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
• Refunds. Purchases are handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

It helps to include your iPhone model and iOS version.
